PARK RULES
Lets keep it friendly yall!
The following rules govern your use as a guest of the Tuck Stop RV facilities. These rules may be amended from time to time with or without prior notice.
GENERAL:
All guests must register with the staff and provide a photo ID, home address and a working email address.
As a guest of Tuck Stop RV, you are authorized to make reservations or end reservations at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. Payment for a site is entirely for services under a Host/Guest arrangement. We do not provide refunds for overbooking. If you need to amend your reservation dates, please do so prior to making any payments. Reservation payments are due on the first day of your reservation.
Guests are responsible for their visitors.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. After 9pm children under the age of 18 are to be at their assigned and registered site.
Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am and is strictly enforced.
The maximum number of RV's per site is 1. Each RV will use 1 site and hookups for that site only.
The maximum number of vehicles per site is two. No parking on roads. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and trailers are all considered vehicles. Additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking areas.
The speed limit is 5 mph. Please only drive on roads, do not “cut” through pull through spaces.
Please break down and make flat any boxes to be disposed of in the dumpster. The dumpster is for normal household trash only. Anyone caught on camera disposing of non-household trash will be charged a bulk trash fee for a minimum of $40. Non household items include but are not limited to:
No mattresses
No small appliances
No furniture
No tires
No car batteries
No construction trash
All property must be in the confines of the reserved site.
Please respect your neighbor and do not cut through their site.
Parties are not allowed.
Pets are welcome as long as they are pet and people friendly. No aggressive animals will be permitted. Dogs must not be a disturbance to other guests, must not be left outside unattended and must remain on a leash at all times when outside, unless in the dog park. All pets must primarily reside inside the guest’s RV. Please see Additional Pet Guidelines section for a list of all rules governing guest’s pets at Tuck Stop RV.
No soliciting or any commercial activity.
No open fires except in barbeque grills or in small fire pits that are at least 6 inches above the ground. Please take note of any local burn bans and burn in accordance to the outlined restrictions.
Open firearms and fireworks are prohibited. Discharging firearms will result in guests being subject to immediate removal.
Outside of campers and lot area must be kept clean. Guests must keep their site free of personal property and debris that may be deemed an eyesore. Failure to maintain a clean debris free site will result in a violation warning and any violations must be resolved within 3 days. Examples include but are not limited to:
Trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster.
Limit of 2 Large ice chest or plastic tote type containers on each site.
No outside clothes lines.
No outside washing or drying machines.
No outside refrigerators or freezers.
No outside AC units.
Sewer and grey water must not run on the ground. A positive sewer seal is required at both ends of your sewer hose.
Sewer inlets are for regular RV black or grey holding tank waste only. Do not dispose of diapers, rocks, sticks, or any other items. Any damage resulting from unauthorized use will incur a minimum Damage Fee of $200 or more.
Guests and all other users of this property are liable for any damage to the property and will be charged a Damage Fee to cover the cost of repairs. Common examples of fees include but are not limited to:
Damaged water faucets
$50 for ¾’ pipe repairs.
$100 for 2’ pipe repairs.
Damaged sewer inlet
$50 for simple coupling repairs.
$200 for main line repairs.
Clogged sewer line due to negligence.
$200 for in house repairs or bills forwarded from professional plumbing company.
Tuck Stop RV assumes no responsibility for personal property at your site, in the overflow parking area or anywhere on the premises. We do have cameras located throughout the property for everyone’s safety. Guests must maintain Liability & Property insurance with coverage at state minimums without any lapse in coverage.
All local, state, and federal laws are applicable to all persons on the premises and must be obeyed. Violation of laws by any guests will not be tolerated and will be subject to immediate removal and will forfeit all fees. Including but not limited to:
No alcohol consumption by minors.
Overt drunkenness.
Possession or use of drugs.
Destruction of property.
Violence.
Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, violent behavior, or violation of any park rule will not be tolerated at any time and will be subject to immediate removal.
We do not give refunds or credits due to discomfort of nature, weather, or early departure.
Late Payment Policy: A three-day grace period is allowed for all payments. After this period, a late fee of $25 will be charged, with an additional $5 fee for each subsequent day. Guests who have not made payments in a timely manor will be subject to a 72 hour notice sent to the guest’s email we have on file to have their RV towed to a local impound at the guests expense. Any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We will prosecute these violations under “Theft of Services Law”. Texas Penal Code, Sections 30.05(a) & 31.04(b)
The house at the front of the RV park is a private residence. Please call (979)242-5820 between the hours of 10am-8pm if you need assistance. You may also contact us for non-urgent needs by replying to texts received from our reservation portal or by emailing info@tuckstoprv.com, these methods will take longer to be responded to, but are effective. For after-hours urgent needs, please call our main phone number (979)242-5820 or call Sky at (512)229-5278.
In case of emergency, please call 911. To report any unlawful conduct you have witnessed that is a non-emergency, please call Fayette County Sheriff’s office at (979)968-8982. If the emergency does not relate to health or safety please contact us by calling (979)242-5820.
Objectionable conduct of any kind or violation of any park rule or anyone causing a disturbance will immediately be asked to leave the premises and will forfeit all fees. Guests who fail to leave the premises in a timely manner will result in a 72 hour notice sent by email we have on file to have their RV towed to a local impound at the guests expense. Texas Penal Code 30.05
ADDITIONAL ONGOING RESERVATION GUIDELINES:
As a guest of Tuck Stop RV, you are free to make reservations or end reservations at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. Payment for site is entirely for services under a Host/Guest arrangement. We do not provide refunds for overbooking. If you need to amend your reservation dates, please do so prior to making any payments by calling us at (979)242-5820. Reservation payments are due on the first day of your reservation and every month on that same day thereafter, until the guest ends their reservation by calling (979)242-5820 or emailing us at info@tuckstoprv.com or replying to a text message received for the guest's reservation.
All “ongoing” campers are subject to the “10 year rule”, meaning there is a 10 year age limit to be able to gain ongoing access to the park. No RV’s that fall into a state of disrepair will be allowed to remain in the park. Including but not limited to:
No window units.
No tarps (may receive written temporary permission)
No paint jobs that do not look professional.
No missing or broken trim, doors, lights, or windows.
No permanent or temporary structures permitted (Temporary structures are subject to written approval). Including but not limited to:
Fencing
Storage sheds
Porches
Shade structures
Ramps
The deposit will be refunded to the guest after the end of their stay minus any outstanding amounts due. Any additional fees, fines or penalties accrued due to damage or rule violations, before the end of your stay, will be taken out of the guest’s deposit. Deposits must be replenished within 15 days of a fee, fine or penalty being taken out.
If necessary, Guests are responsible for obtaining a post office box to receive their mail. Personal mail is not to be delivered to Tuck Stop RV’s address. Packages should not be delivered to Tuck Stop RV’s address.
You may wash your RV on site. Please call us for details before washing (979-242-5820). No other vehicle washing allowed.
ADDITIONAL PET GUIDELINES:
Guests must notify Tuck Stop RV of all pets that will be with the guest at Tuck Stop RV.
All Pets must be kept on a leash or in a cage or crate at all times during which the pet is outside of guest’s RV. Please be advised that pets found unsupervised at Tuck Stop RV may be impounded.
Pets are not permitted on other guest’s RV sites. We recommend walking pets under the big oak trees in the front yard, or on the road.
All guests are required to clean up after their pets. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $25 pet waste fee.
Barking, excessive noise, or other pet behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted. If Tuck Stop RV becomes aware of such behavior, the guest will be notified and request that they take care of the problematic behavior. If the behavior continues after the guest receives a second notice from Tuck Stop RV, the guest will be required to remove the pet from the premises within 24 hours after receiving a pet removal notice from Tuck Stop RV.
Pets are not permitted to be tied or chained to trees within Tuck Stop RV.
Guest certifies, represents and warrants that guest’s pet has not previously bitten or caused other injury to any person. Guest further verifies and agrees that all pets will have current rabies shots. If at any time a guest’s pet bites or otherwise injures any person or other pet at Tuck Stop RV, the guest will be solely responsible for any liability, additionally the guest will be required to immediately remove the pet from Tuck Stop RV and the pet will no longer be permitted on Tuck Stop RV’s premises.
If guest’s pet displays threatening or aggressive behavior which Tuck Sop RV, in its sole discretion, deems to be dangerous or problematic, guest agrees to promptly leave Tuck Stop RV upon request from Tuck Stop RV, with no recourse against Tuck Stop RV and no claim for reimbursement or compensation from Tuck Stop RV.
Tuck Stop RV can limit or restrict which pets are permitted at Tuck Stop RV.
Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, Tuck Stop RV, and their principals, members, shareholders, partners, directors, managers and employees from and against and any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with guest’s pet residing or being located at Tuck Stop RV, including, without limitation, the claims of any third parties related to death, bodily injury or damage to persons or property caused by guest’s pet.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the guest being asked to leave the premises and the guest will forfeit all fees.
